Interested In Starting a New AWC Podcast?

Your first step is to contact our Director of Content Strategy and Development. We will assess the need for an additional podcast and, upon approval, will help create, brand, and promote your new podcast from start to finish.

To ensure our podcasts are of quality, meet brand expectations, and have a unique premise to avoid direct competition with existing AWC podcasts, we may decide it is best for you to guest or collaborate with an existing podcast rather than start from scratch.

New podcasts that are created without permission will not be considered official AWC podcasts and will be removed or rebranded at our discretion.

Podcast Admins and Ownership

Ownership of all official AWC podcasts lies ultimately with Arizona Western College Marketing and Communications. We reserve the right to full access and can revoke privileges from admins when guidelines are unmet, or employee/student standards fall, or disciplinary actions take place.

In case of emergency, turnover, and as best practice, the Marketing and Communications office must have administrative access and/or maintain record of login credentials for every official podcast.

All institutional podcasts must have a full-time employee who is identified as the Primary Administrator responsible for the account(s) and at least one full-time or part-time employee as a Secondary Administrator. Ideally, this should be the department or program lead. Student employees or volunteers may be granted access to help maintain department or program podcasts in addition to the selected Page Administrators.
