Print Services produces items that promote and uphold the institutional brand. We are responsible for all centralized copy and print services to the district and are located in the AWC Schools of Technology Building T3, Room T110.
Types of Services
The Print Services department offers a wide range of products and services, including copying, offset printing, binding, and wide-format printing. We also print all the business cards for the institution.
Copier Services
- Black and White Copying (Self-Serve available)
- Self-serve copiers can staple, hole punch, and create booklets. Staff assistance is available. Please allow 3 working days for staff jobs.

Offset Printing
We have three machines for two-color printing, ideal for larger jobs. Best for:

Bindery Services
- Tape Binding: Black spine for books
- Spiral Coil Binding: Black plastic coil
- Booklet Binding: Half-folded sheets, stitched or stapled
- Perfect Binding: Magazine-style with wrap-around cover
- Folding: 3-fold, half-fold, Z-fold, and more
- Padding: Custom pads in any size and number

Ways to use Print Services
Self-Serve
Use our Self-Serve station to print files directly from your external server, e-mail, USB, diskettes, cds, or zip cartridges.
This service is only available for our public service black and white copiers. They have an array of capabilities which include stapling, 3-hole punching, booklet-making. and other features which our knowledgeable staff will guide you through.
Color copies will need to be made by our staff.
Remotely
Using the request form on our website, you can send your digital files to our server, allowing us to send them to the appropriate staff and device for output. This saves time, reduces the chance for error, and is the best course of action for larger print projects.
