Video

Video Production brings the vibrancy of our community to life through compelling visuals. Our team specializes in creating promotional videos that highlight the essence of AWC, showcasing our students, campuses, and events. We also offer live event services for large, audience-engaging occasions such as commencement, ensuring that every moment is captured and shared.

Releases

A media release is included in the student application, allowing the college to use footage of students obtained in public spaces. While model releases serve as a backup, they are not required in these contexts.

All individuals participating in a coordinated marketing campaign or project as on-camera talent will sign and submit a release form. Release forms can be obtained from Marketing and Communications.

Individuals under 18 will require a legal parent or guardian's signature. The Child Development Learning Lab located on the Yuma Campus requires all parents to sign releases.
