The AWC Foundation Launches New Website
March 22, 2017The Arizona Western College Foundation has launched a new website to meet the changing needs of its audience and has been designed to be easily read on both mobile devices and desktop computers.
The new site is now more accessible for students to research and apply for scholarships specific to their degree programs. Students will also have a step-by-step guide to help them with the scholarship application process as well as a complete list of scholarships that are offered through the AWC Foundation. Another new feature allows online donations to be made quickly to any scholarship or program. The Foundation plans to continue to spotlight donors, scholarships, and unique giving opportunities on their website.
The Foundation is also excited to launch a Pitch In! Campaign which allows area businesses to sponsor a scholarship for the 2017-2018 year. Their businesses will be highlighted on their website donor wall for a full year as a thank you for their investment in education.
Other new features include a list and description of ways to give and a featured Alumni and activities image gallery. All purchases for Alumni apparel, Commencement DVD’s and Event Tickets can now be made through the site as well.
