All summer classes to be offered online, registration now open
April 20, 2020Yuma, AZ (April 20, 2020) – Arizona Western College will continue offering courses completely online during the upcoming summer semester. Students can begin registering now for summer classes.
“We have made the decision that all of our courses for the summer semester will be offered online. There will be no face-to-face classes conducted this summer. With all the information that we have, this was absolutely the most prudent call to make,” said Arizona Western College President Dr. Daniel Corr.
Summer courses will be offered in four-week sessions from May 26 to June 20 and from June 29 to July 25 as well as nine-week sessions from May 26 to July 25.
“We plan to keep a very full and robust summer schedule of classes,” said Corr.
Visit www.azwestern.edu/summer to register for classes. Students can also email records@azwestern.edu or call (928) 344-7550 for more information. The registrar’s office is open remotely Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Early College Tuition rates are $25 per credit for those 17 and under.
Registration for Fall 2020 has also begun. More information can be found at www.azwestern.edu/enrollment/register. A decision regarding whether or not face-to-face classes will be offered in the fall will depend on public health directives.
