What You'll Learn

Upon completion of 35 hours of the class, students will be able to:

• You will understand the role of the project manager and how project management is tailored for the development approach.
• You will understand how to approach taking the test.
• Know how to use proven, effective test-taking techniques.
• Understand the differences between the real-world and PMI’s good practices to correctly answer exam questions.
• Be prepared to handle the most difficult exam questions including questions that seem to have more than one correct answer, “wordy” questions, and questions with formulas.
• Understand all the question types in the exam (Multiple Choice, Multiple Response, Limited Fill-in-the-Blank, Hot Spot and Matching.)

Who should take the course?

This training program is designed for individuals with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on project management experience in any industry. It is tailored to help students fulfill the education requirement and prepare for the Project Management Professional exam (PMP®). Participants will benefit from practical instruction provided by a certified PMP® instructor on managing projects in accordance with the processes outlined in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), 7th Edition. Students will gain insight into the specific areas of their project management expertise that will be evaluated in the PMP® exam, enabling them to concentrate their preparation efforts effectively. Students who successfully complete this workshop will receive an AWC Continuing Education Certificate of Completion.

Registration Hours: Mon - Thurs 8AM - 5PM, Fri 8AM - 4PM payments accepted via phone, or walk-in. Please make checks payable to AWC. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards accepted.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: A 100% refund will be granted if a request is made 2 business days prior to the start of class. A 50% refund will be issued if notice is received less than 2 business days prior to class. No refunds will be issued after the first day of class.
