A total of 23 students graduated on Feb. 24, and have now successfully moved on to begin their law enforcement careers at nine different agencies around the state.

"This full-time academy is the result of great partnerships that have been developed between the college and our law enforcement agencies. This class marks the growth and progress of our group collaboration,” said Alfonso Zavala, Law Enforcement Training Academy Director.

The graduates will go on to work at the Colorado River Indian Tribes Police Department, Flagstaff Police Department, Kingman Police Department, Quartzsite Police Department, San Luis Police Department, Somerton Police Department, Wellton Police Department, Yuma County Sheriff’s Office, and Yuma Police Department.
