The Facilities Management Department at Arizona Western College (AWC) provides safe, reliable, and sustainable learning environments that support student success, employee productivity, and community engagement across all college locations in Yuma and La Paz Counties.
Our team of more than 60 full-time and part-time employees maintains over 750,000 square feet of facilities and delivers a wide range of services, including custodial operations, grounds maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general maintenance, key and access control, furniture management, and capital project support.
Through proactive maintenance, strategic planning, and responsive customer service, Facilities Management ensures that AWC's buildings, infrastructure, and campus environments remain safe, functional, and efficient. We are committed to environmental stewardship by integrating sustainable practices into daily operations through energy conservation, resource efficiency, waste reduction, and responsible resource management.
