Unlock your potential at Yuma Transfer and Career Expo

Yuma, AZ (October 14, 2024) – On Monday, October 21, Arizona Western College will kick off National Transfer Student Week with the Yuma Transfer and Career Expo, an event dedicated to empowering students seeking to further their educational and career goals.

Hosted by AWC Career & Advisement Services and Transfer Services, the expo will focus on providing participants with transfer and career information as well as full and part-time employment, volunteer, and internship opportunities. In addition to ten universities, over thirty of Yuma’s employers, agencies, and organizations are scheduled to attend.

“The Yuma Transfer and Career Expo is for all students to explore career and educational opportunities,” said Angela Amezaga, AWC Transfer Services and Program Coordinator. “It is never too early to start planning for their future.” 

AWC students, alumni, and partner university students are invited to attend this free event on Monday, October 21 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the 3C Breezeway of the AWC-Yuma Campus
