Associate Dean for La Paz County to hold Tea Time with students
January 15, 2020Parker, AZ (January 15, 2020) – Arizona Western College Associate Dean for La Paz County Katheline Ocampo is offering up some upcoming opportunities for students to meet and talk with her about their academic journey over tea and lunch.
Tea Time with the Associate Dean will be held in room 112 at the AWC Parker Learning Center from 12 to 1 p.m. on Jan. 28, Feb. 18, March 24, and April 28. Ocampo will be providing lunch and tea for up to five students per time slot, allowing them an open space to talk with her about their education.
“My goal is to meet with students to learn more about their academic journey and how we as a team and I as an individual may be able to better encourage them,” said Ocampo. “I’m also excited to hear their feedback and how we as the college may better understand their needs and opportunities to support their success.”
Students can sign-up for Tea Time with the Associate Dean in person at the Parker Learning Center front office, 1109 Geronimo Avenue, or by calling (928) 669-2214.
