Step 1: Go to https://25live.collegenet.com/pro/azwestern#!/home/dash

Step 2: To search for a room, go to “Search Locations”.

  • Type building which you are searching for a room for;
    • For example, LR, AS, AC…Etc.

Step 3: Click “Calendar” to view the calendar of when that room is being used.

Please use the event and or location search fields to view space usage and availability.

  • You will then see a calendar view of all instances that the room is being used.
  • You are able to modify the search by dates.
