Active duty military and their dependents, as well as military veterans who are honorably discharged, are granted in-state tuition. Transfer Credit

NOTICE: New AWC applicants should wait 24 hours after creating their AWC account before accessing the platform. Applicants must complete the self-placement process within 30 days of applying; otherwise, they must already be an active student to proceed.

Submit Final TA Authorization
Submit course list for Tuition Assistance Approval to the Education Officer or upload in your TA portal, and submit final authorization to Military Services office (military.services@azwestern.edu) no later than the day prior to classes starting.

Student Photo ID
Once you are registered for classes, stop by the Campus Life office in the 3C building to get your official AWC student ID!

Textbooks
Be sure to purchase your textbooks in time for the start of class!
Students using GI BILL® benefits, must submit an Enrollment Certification Request, to ensure their Book Deferment is available. Books can be picked up two weeks before the start of class.
