Instruction and practice for the novice in the skills and understanding of resistance training.

Intermediate Resistance Training/GE*

The student will apply the skills and understanding developed in Beginning Resistance Training in a more advanced program. Must have a sufficient period of time to develop a structural foundation before taking this course and a strong understanding of muscle groups.
