The Student Success Center (SSC) is now using Accudemia to schedule in-person and online tutoring appointments.

Sign into Microsoft/Office 365
Log into Microsoft Office 365 with your AWC username and password.

Sign into Accudemia
Open an additional browser tab and visit this link: accudemia.azwestern.edu

Book your Appointment
Click on Centers > Appointments > New Appointments and fill out the requested information:
- Center: Writing Center, Math Center, or San Luis Success Center
- Service: In-Person or Zoom Tutoring
- Subject area: Select the course for which you need tutoring
- Pick a slot: Pick a tutor from the list of available tutors on the selected date and time
- Confirm: Add your draft, assignment instructions, or any helpful information for your tutor under Notes, then click Confirm

You're all set! See you soon!
You'll receive an onscreen message confirming your appointment was saved successfully. A confirmation message will also be sent to your AWC email.
