- Basic Techniques: Learn fundamental kendo techniques, including proper stance, footwork, and striking methods.
- Kata Practice: Understand and practice kendo kata, which are pre-arranged forms that teach the principles of attack and defense.
- Spirit and Etiquette: Explore the importance of kendo's mental aspects, including discipline, respect, and the proper etiquette observed in practice and competition.
