Have you decided to create a Limited Liability Company (LLC) or a Professional Limited Liability Company (PLLC)?

Join us for a workshop where we will guide you through navigating the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) website to create a LLC or PLLC in Arizona!

Workshop Details:

Objective: Obtain clarification on definitions for different fields within the LLC or PLLC application to empower you to create an Article of Organization for your business.

Additional Overview: Verify and confirm business name availability, Article of Organization publication requirements, a brief overview of the next steps including Beneficial Ownership Information requirements, obtaining an Employer Identification Number, and avoiding scams.

Preparation:

  • Participants must create an eCorp account on the Arizona Corporation Commission website before attending the workshop: To create an eCorp Account, please visit the following link https://ecorp.azcc.gov/AzAccount/Register

Legal & CPA Advice Restrictions:

  • SBDC provides general education on small business-related topics. For expert legal or accounting advice, you will need to consult a professional. Please note that SBDC staff cannot create or fill out the LLC or PLLC application for participants.

Language:

  • Workshop materials are provided in English, although guidance in Spanish can be provided upon request.

ACC Fee:

  • The workshop fee does not include the Article of Organization document regular processing fee of $50.
