Event Details
Arizona Western College is proud to host Yuma County’s state elected officials at a public Town Hall where they will review the impact of the 2024 Legislative Session.
Participating in the panel discussion hosted by AWC President, Dr. Daniel Corr, are Yuma County’s six legislators: Sen. Brian Fernandez, Rep. Mariana Sandoval, Rep. Michele Peña, Sen. Sine Kerr, Rep. Tim Dunn, and Rep. Michael Carbone.
Panelists will address their strategies to pass the FY2025 state budget despite an increasingly challenging financial year, in addition to key issues affecting the Yuma community.
The event will be held on Tuesday, October 1 from 2:00-3:30pm at the Schoening Conference Center in the 3C Building of the AWC Yuma Campus, 2020 S. Ave. 8E.
